You can track your order in the 'My Orders' section of your Himbal account. We will also send you an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We are unable to change the products once an order has been placed.

I did not like the product I ordered. How do I create a return request ?
You can write us at at care@himbal.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
What is the Product Replacement/Return Policy?
If you contact us at care@himbal.com within 14 days of receiving your product, we will arrange for a reverse pickup. Once the product reaches us we will help you with the refund or replacement.
How do I make return or exchange?
Please write to us at care@himbal.com with product details and the reason for returning the product. We will be happy to assist you.
How to register a complaint for the defective product?
In the event of one or more defective products in your order, please register a single complaint by dropping us a line at care@himbal.com with product details, as the return or replacement will be arranged only once.

How do I register for my account?
Visit www.himbal.com. Fill out your first name, last name, email address, and password, then click "Create Account" at the top of the page. After you register, you must confirm your email address. To confirm your account, we'll send you an email with account verification. Your account will be activated on the website once it has been verified.
How can I update my profile ?
Log into your himbal.com account you will see the view address link on click of it you get a link of add new address. On click of Add new address you will get a form to enter your new address fill out the required details and click on add address to save new address. You can also update and delete your address from edit and delete link.

I forgot my user Id or my password password?
To obtain a new password, On www.himbal.com, go to the login section and click Forgot password. Enter your name and email address, then click Submit. After that, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. In terms of User ID, we currently only accept e-mail addresses for registration.
My payment is deducted but I didn’t receive the order information?
Please call us at 1800-123-5698 or drop an email to hello@himbal.com and we would surely assist you with your payment status.
